About this event
For those who are joining us for the October launch, we will be, once again, hosting what is now the season-opener-annual-potluck on Saturday.
The potluck will start within an hour of the range closing for the day, and will be held wherever weather permits, but most likely by the Wathey/Small encampment.
We will provide plates, bowls, napkins, cutlery, and cups, but we will likely need tables, so if you have one to spare at the end of the day, let us know. Bring your chairs for seating, your beverage of choice, and your favorite potluck dish with serving utensil (university/school teams do not need to bring a dish for each student, just bring one or more dishes to share on behalf of the entire team).
Announcements will be made at the launch regarding the start time and location of the potluck, but it will most likely start around 6 pm, and we have more lighting this year for the tables (so you can see what you are eating and see your neighbors!).
